about me.
Hi, I'm Ebony and Off the Peg is my creative alter ego.
I sew, I make, I design, I create, I paint... I just really like to create products with my own two hands from concept to finished goods.
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion from RMIT University and more than a decade of industry experience within the 'rag trade'.
After many years working within varied areas of the fashion & design industry my work has taken a different direction. I have discovered paint!
The immense sense of freedom and joy that I can harness through making art is liberating. I am a woman of few words, but though art I can express my soul. Through colour, texture and the making of marks I can be free.
