The Artisan Process

With each piece of original artwork purchased from this site, you will receive a signed Certificate of Authenticity. It will state the name of the item, its edition number (if applicable) and information regarding the process(es) used in creating the item. This certificate will be signed by me as proof that you have purchased an original artisan made work of fine art.

All material on this website is the copyright and beneficial ownership of Ebony Balaz T/A Off the Peg. Plagiarism is illegal and will be dealt with in accordance with international copyright law.

Colour
​
The colour you see on screen is not an exact representation of the actual artwork. It is as close as possible to the actual image, but factors including lighting and device screen display influence how the colour looks.
When you purchase an original piece of art from this website, please remember that you are purchasing an original, handmade, one-of-a-kind piece. It is the nature of the hand crafting process that variations may occur.
Before purchasing if you have additional questions about the appearance of the item please contact me via email and I can send you further photos or a more detailed description.

Refunds and Returns

By purchasing an Off the Peg original artwork or wearable you are supporting a dream and a hardworking creative individual. No two pieces are the same. Mass production is the antithesis of the way I work – every item in this store has been crafted with love and care. As such I know you will cherish your new artwork – thank you for investing in Australian handmade.
Please choose carefully, refunds & exchanges will not be made for change of mind.
Items Damaged in Delivery

If an item has been damaged in delivery, please contact me immediately via email offthepeg.hello@gmail.com including photos of the damage, so we can work towards a resolution with Australia Post. Damage must be advised within 14 days of parcel receipt.

Delivery and Shipping
​
Flat rate shipping of AU$10.00 via Express Australia Post for all small parcels – Available to Australian addresses only.
Larger artwork items are subject to individual shipping costs which will be calculated at checkout.
Once payment has been received, your purchase will be shipped within 2-5 business days.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Payment

Credit card (securely processed through Stripe), PayPal and Direct Deposit payment options are available.
If you wish to pay via PayPal, you do not need to have a PayPal account, as you can use your credit or debit card at the checkout for a one-off payment.
Please note that no sale is considered final until all funds have been received.
